How long does shipping take for larger items like foil boards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Larger items like foil boards or surfboards are shipped via specialized freight to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused gear in its original packaging. For safety reasons, equipment that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do Slingshot products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Slingshot Sports products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please register your gear on our website to activate coverage.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal.
Do you offer international shipping?
